Guidewire Integration Lead

Roles and Responsibilities: Configuration: Collaborate with Configuration/Mule/ESS teams to ensure seamless data exchange between GW Applications and other systemsTesting: Perform thorough unit testing and participate in system and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of the configuration.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to configurations, customizations, and changes made to the application.Support: Provide support during the production rollout and post-implementation phases, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operations.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsInvolved in Version upgrade of Guidewire InsuranceSuite applicationsConfiguration/Integration development on one or more of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, Billing Center applicationsParticipating in requirement and design discussions with clients, solution architects, and business analystsCollaborating with multiple vendors to deliver integrations and dependent functionalitiesTranslating business requirements and user stories into technical requirements, and taking the lead on directing and implementing solutions to the same with product owners and onshore and offshore teamsPlanning and coordinating Agile iterations to ensure smooth on-time deliveryStrong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to describe technology concepts in ways that business stakeholders can understandRequirement:
Yrs of Experience: 8-12 years1. Experienced in GW Cloud platform(Latest) Implementation/Upgrade.2. Experienced and hands on in REST API Framework3. Experienced and hands on in developing Integrations like Webservice, Batch, IG App4. Experienced and hands on in preparing Low level design as per the Integrations need5. Ability to work independently and drive the calls with vendor/client on need basis.6. Good communication and interpersonal skills along with experience in working with client/business team.7. Experience in GW best practices and GW Cloud platform Integration certification is must.
8Experience working in an Agile methodology, able to perform all agile ceremonies
