As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, contributing to the success of our banking projects and initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze processes, and facilitate the development of innovative solutions to optimize our operations and enhance customer experience.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for banking products and processes.Conduct process analysis for optimization and translate needs into specifications.Provide business expertise, critical analytical skills and initiative.Engage effectively with stakeholders, driving key relationships and assisting clients to work out their requirements for excellent outcomes.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in the most appropriate method for the customer.Facilitate workshops, conduct one-on-one interviews, process mapping, and develop User Stories, likely working to Agile sprint cycles.Manage requirement traceability across the initiative.Coach other Business Analysts as they come on board on the requirements and guide them as required.Let's talk about the teamCapgemini Financial Services is a Global Strategic Business Unit that provides information technology and consultancy services to the Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance industries. Capgemini FS brings you leading insights and deep industry experience to drive the future of Financial Services.Let's talk about your capability and experienceEnergy, enthusiasm, and a keen eye for detail!Strong background as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst within enterprise organizations.Adept at stepping into a client environment and confidently leading the planning and execution of business analysis for projects.Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Superannuation, or the Public Sector is highly valued. Familiarity with Agile delivery methods is a plus. Ideally, you hold a degree and have a passion for continuous learning and expanding your expertise in the industry.Possess a deep understanding of insurance product business processes across the end-to-end value chain.Experience working with Guidewire Cloud platform, including BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Contact Manager.Skilled in facilitating meetings and driving the successful validation of outcomes.Provide support to the product team by gathering and documenting functional requirements.Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and consolidating functional and integration requirements for the product team.Lead the impact analysis process for proposed system enhancements.Responsible for producing order of magnitude estimates, validating budget forecasts, and creating business cases when changes are requested.Collaborate with vendor teams to generate reports on incident/maintenance requests and track adherence to SLAs.Demonstrated ability to understand the technology needs of the business and articulate them into IT strategy, architecture, and solution requirements.Capable of independently organizing, structuring, and conducting detailed analysis and documentation work, both individually and as part of a team.Hold a Guidewire Cloud certification for Business Analysis.About CapgeminiAt Capgemini, we are more than just a business; we are a diverse global collective of strategic and technological experts who are passionate about finding ways technology can help our clients, our people, and our communities get the future they want.Our Commitment to Diversity & InclusionDon't meet every single requirement for this role?
