Guest Services is the face of Thredbo, often being the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for delivering exceptional customer service throughout the resort. You will be expected to have knowledge on all Thredbo products, services, programs & events, along with general resort operational knowledge and community-based questions. To succeed in this position, you must be able to demonstrate a genuine passion and enthusiasm for creating a memorable and quality experience for our guests. Within this dual role, you will assist our guests across the mountain, whether it's answering enquiries in the village or assisting with lift access at the chairlift; you greet everyone with a smile!
