Front Office & Guest Services (Hospitality & Tourism) Full time Paradise Resort Gold Coast is looking for an enthusiastic Guest Services Manager to join our busy team in the prime location of Surfers Paradise. In this exciting full-time opportunity, you will be assisting the resort management team in the daily management and coordination of Resort employees.
Responsibilities: Proactively engaging with all guests to create a welcoming and special holiday experience. Management of resort team members, including: managing levels, training and development, customer service standards and performance management. Taking responsibility for the safety and security of the guests and responding to emergency situations as they may arise (e.g. First Aid, CPR and fire evacuation). Managing all guest queries by being fully equipped with knowledge of the resort's facilities and offerings. Ensuring all guest areas are presented to the highest quality. In charge of opening and closing outlets and functions. Assisting with Front Office duties. Ensuring all guest issues are rectified and all guests receive a positive and memorable experience. Skills and Experience: Previous experience working in a similar role in a Hotel or Resort based environment. Effective communication skills; both written and verbal. A friendly and outgoing personality which will be conducive to working within a dynamic and professional team. Have the passion to work in the Hospitality Industry and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations. Have full availability and be flexible to work a variety of shifts including mornings, nights, weekdays, weekends, and Public Holidays as required.
