Job Description To assist dispatching check in, check out, and room deliveries requests ensuring a smooth daily operation.To maintain a clean and organized concierge storage area.To handle all administrative and technical responsibilities such as but not limited to invoice submission, keeping the tracking sheets up to date, etc.Qualifications Educational Background High School Diploma: Minimum requirement; a degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.Certification: Hospitality management certifications can be advantageous.Experience Previous Experience: Experience in customer service or hospitality roles, ideally in a hotel or resort setting.Management Experience: Supervisory experience can be beneficial.Skills Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with guests and staff.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with guests and address their needs promptly.Personal Attributes Customer-Centric Attitude: Passion for providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction.Team Player: Ability to collaborate with various departments within the hotel.Discover a world where life pulses with passion.
