About the role Every great adventure starts with a conversation – and that's where you come in.
As a Guest Services Consultant, you will be responsible for the collection, processing, and provision of guest information, and providing prompt responses to guest questions regarding their booking.
Respond to guest queries across phone, email, and online chat in a professional and friendly mannerProvide accurate and detailed information about walks, accommodations, and additional servicesProcess bookings, payments, and guest information with precisionFollow up on outstanding booking details to ensure all arrangements are completeCoordinate logistical reservations to ensure seamless trip deliveryDevelop in-depth knowledge of all TWC products to assist guests and colleagues effectivelyWhat you will bring: Demonstrated experience in an administrative or customer-focused role, preferably in the tourism industryCompetent with Microsoft Office SuiteA strong eye for detail and a focus on accuracy of workExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work autonomously or in a team environmentExcited and passionate about the multi-day walking industry as a wholeWhat we can offer you: Established employee wellbeing programFamily & friends discounts across our walking productsOpportunities for ongoing training, social and professional development eventsExclusive pro-deals program for access to discounted adventure gearHow to show your interest: Please provide your current CV and cover letter explaining why you are interested in the position with Tasmanian Walking Company.
