We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Guest Services Attendant to join our Front Office team. As a Guest Services Attendant you will be responsible for greeting guests on arrival to the property; assist with check-in duties such as luggage transfers and accompanying guests to their rooms; booking tours/planning itineraries with guests; valet parking; airport transfers and respond to guest queries and requests. Guest Services Attendants play an integral role to the Country Club experience, as you will often be the first point of contact for many of our guests.
About you: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of people;A passion for providing exceptional customer service and enjoy interacting with customers;The ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment;Previous experience in a similar role (concierge, porter, customer service) will be highly desirable;Full drivers licence with either an Ancillary licence to drive a Public Passenger vehicle or ability to obtain;High standards of personal presentation, as well as the up keep of their general working areas;A flexible approach to working shift work, including early morning starts, late night finishes and overnight shift, across a seven day roster.This is your chance to be part of one of Tasmania's strongest, most recognisable and most awarded brands.
