What this opportunity involves: The Guest Services Ambassador plays a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences that bonds the relationship between JLL, our client and their guests, based at their offices in Richmond. As the first point of contact at Reception they are responsible for welcoming employees and visitors with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services. Guest Services Ambassadors maintain smooth operations by providing client, visitor, and administrative support, and execution of duties to the highest standards.
Here's a snapshot of what will keep you busy:
Create a comfortable, welcoming and hospitable experience for employees and their guests.Manage the booking, setting, and refreshing of client meeting and event spaces.Liaise with technology team to ensure that all AV/VC equipment is operational, undertaking training to provide client support as needed.Work collaboratively with the Workplace team to ensure that required client communications are delivered with accuracy and efficiency.Handle internal & external calls and correspondence.Foster a sense of community and create happiness at work for our team, our client and their guests.Sound like the job you are looking for? Before you apply it's also worth knowing what we are looking for: You'll ideally have experience within a customer facing environment and bring your strong 'Customer Service A-Game' to JLL. You will be well-presented and well-spoken, flexible, enthusiastic personality and easily build good rapport with stakeholders of all levels. You must be able to manage conflicting priorities and apply holistic approaches for long-term solutions, while complying with the firm's procedures and standards.
