We're seeking a dynamic and dedicated team member to be the friendly face of our front desk during the night shift.
What You'll Do: Create memorable welcomes: Meet and greet guests with professionalism and warmth.Smooth transitions: Manage check-ins and check-outs for individuals and groups.Problem-solving pro: Handle guest inquiries and complaints with confidence and care.Keep things running: Take charge of the switchboard, systems, and cash management.Be the local expert: Promote Sea World Resort's services and share insider tips about local activities and events.What We're Looking For: We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous hotel industry experience with a proven flair for customer service.Experience with OPERA PMS (a huge plus!
).Night audit experience (advantageous but not essential).Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.Advanced computer skills and a passion for teamwork.Ready to bring your passion and expertise to our world-class resort?
