Front Office & Guest Services (Hospitality & Tourism)Rydges Kalgoorlie is currently seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our Front Office team to assist in all aspects of hotel reception.This position requires you to work various shifts which could involve mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Shifts can be flexible around your availability where required. If you are available somewhere between 15-32 hours per week will be ideal.As the main contact point for our hotel, you will be responsible for providing outstanding guest experience from the time of reservation by the guest right through to their departure.General Attributes:Availability to be able to work allotted shifts Monday to Sunday at allotted timesConfidence in dealing with guest queries & requestsProfessional interpersonal & communication skillsThe ability to work within a diverse and fast-paced role often managing multiple tasksGreat troubleshooting skillsGeneral Requirements:Experience with Microsoft programs including but not limited to - Word & ExcelFlexibility in your availabilityAbility to obtain Police ClearancePrevious experience in a front office role within a hotel or resort preferred but full training provided for the right candidateYour application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a guest services agent?Do you have customer service experience?Do you have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Welcome to Rydges.
