About the role We are looking for an upbeat and friendly Guest Service Agent with a love for all things customer service. People are your passion and building rapport comes naturally to you which will assist in creating memorable guest experiences. Your strength lies in your attention to detail and strong communication to ensure each guest stay is perfect!
Skills & experience To be successful in this role you will be a reliable, hardworking individual who will possess the following skills:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills Be flexible and adaptable to a shift working roster which includes weekends and night shifts Professionally mannered Exemplary levels of personal and workplace presentation Previous exposure and understanding of OPERA property management system A can-do and willing attitude The ability to work in a strong team-focused environment The ability to show initiative and workplace initiative Experience in a similar role or position The ability to multitask At EVT, we want our people to experience our businesses and be brand and experience advocates.
