As a Guest Services team member…You'll be helping our guests when they arrive at the airport, checking people in and making sure all their documentation is correct, rebooking flights and supporting them through flight disruptions and cancellations. You'll also ensure unaccompanied kids and guests with disabilities have an easy, enjoyable experience. At the gate, you'll help board flights and complete other arrival and departure tasks – including some time in the spotlight doing service announcements for our guests.
