Guest Services Agent - Casual

Quality Apartments Banksia Gardens Albany – Albany WA
We are recruiting for a Guest Services Agent to work at our reception desk in a casual capacity, with around 20 hours per week on offer.

About us:
Quality Apartments Banksia Albany is a busy, award-winning, serviced apartment hotel in Albany WA.
Our property consists of 42 studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom hotel apartments and a portfolio of off-site short-stay rentals.

About you:
Experience with accommodation and property management systems would be highly regarded, but not essential; Developed PC and keyboard skills; Experience with Word and Excel; Availability over a 7-day rotating roster; Excellent personal presentation; High standard of communication skills, both verbal and written; Full Class C drivers licence; An interest in hospitality and tourism.
