Greet guests in a friendly, hospitable manner Handle guest check-ins/check-outs in accordance with hotel credit/cash handling policies in an efficient and friendly manner. Provide guests with information regarding the hotel, outlets, amenities, and area Respond to guest calls and requests. Employ problem resolution strategies and service recovery in the event of guest complaints. Answer phones in a courteous manner and assist guests with any inquiries Utilize hotel software and PMS to record guest information in an accurate manner Qualifications Good Computer Skills Ability to work under pressure Diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management is desirable Knowledge of Opera is desirable Preferable prerequisite knowledge of the Travel/Hotel industry highly regarded A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
