About the Role As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will be a naturally welcoming individual with the ability to deliver warm and authentic service in every interaction. You will play a vital role in crafting memorable experiences for our guests while representing Meriton Suites' core values. You will participate in the daily operations of our Porter Desk and Front Desk if required, which includes handling general enquiries or concerns and assisting with guest luggage for arrivals and departures.

Your key responsibilities: Be the face of Meriton Suites and warmly welcome all guests. Champion Meriton Suites products and services, along with local attractions and events – be the go-to person to provide recommendations and assist with general enquiries. Ensure the smooth delivery of authentic service while handling any concerns. Build and strengthen relationships with new guests and Meriton Suites' brand advocates to secure returning stays. Effectively communicate and liaise with all departments to ensure the comfort, security, and safety of our guests, as well as their enjoyment during their stay. Monitor public areas to ensure Meriton Suites standards are maintained. Organise luggage storage and delivery. Assist with Front Desk check-ins, check-outs, and telephone duties when necessary. To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in customer service. Similar experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is advantageous. A warm, people-oriented demeanour. Knowledge of the local area including transport and attractions. Impeccable grooming and presentation. A passion for creating a memorable first and last impression. Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure. Full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster. Why Meriton Suites?
