Responsibilities: Reporting to the Front Office Manager, our Guest Relations Manager, you'll work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure that we deliver our vision and mission to be the most hospitable company in the world and that the DoubleTree by Hilton brand essence is welcoming. This role specifically needs to focus on:
Guest relations management and customer service A brand ambassador Auditing and database management, including record-keeping Safety and Security Maintaining a positive and safe work environment About You: Previous front desk/reception experience is advantageous Confident and professional personality with an aptitude for hospitable service, teamwork, and patience Strong communication skills, with a bonus for those who are multilingual Proficient technology skills and attention to detail, with protection for confidential information Ability to work under pressure, act with tactfulness and diplomacy, and manage a variety of situations Experience and understanding of the hospitality industry, recognizing the importance of this role in the guest experience WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL IS WHO WE ARE, AND WE ARE HILTON!
