This is a Full-time position and will require flexibility within availability.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Greeting guests as they enter the hotelChecking in & out guests Modify and adjust guest bookings accordinglyPromote the hotel and all it has to offer!Make suggestions to guests from your knowledge of the areaAttending to guest enquiries in person or via phone, email and websiteSupporting the Front Office management team in ensuring a smooth running of hotel operations About YouAt Ovolo, we are all about YOU.

Ideally you will have previous front office experience, however if you have the right bubbly personality, we want to hear from you!
