Your Hotel - Ovolo Woolloomooloo
Ovolo Woolloomooloo is the brand's flagship Australian hotel, located in Sydney's idyllic harbourside suburb of Woolloomooloo. Nestled in the heart of the popular wharf precinct, a short walk to the city's central business district, the hotel is surrounded by a wide selection of much-loved dining and nightlife options. Ovolo Woolloomooloo features 100 guest rooms, a state-of-the-art gym, meeting rooms and events spaces, a swimming pool, and Bar Woolloomooloo.
The Gig
From booking to check-out and beyond, as our Guest Service Agent (Wonder Maker) you'll be responsible for delivering on our promise of providing effortless and effervescent experiences for our guests. Your contagious enthusiasm teamed with your obsession with taking care of our guests will fill our lobbies with a special kind of sparkle that'll keep people coming back for more. This is a Part-time position and will require flexibility within availability. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Greeting guests as they enter the hotel Checking in & out guests Modify and adjust guest bookings accordingly Promote the hotel and all it has to offer! Make suggestions to guests from your knowledge of the area Attending to guest enquiries in person or via phone, email and website Supporting the Front Office management team in ensuring a smooth running of hotel operations About you

You have a strong passion for customer service and ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction. We want you to be the reason the guest returns to the hotel and boasts about it to everyone! Ideally you will have previous front office experience, however if you have the right bubbly personality, we want to hear from you! You will require a manual drivers license to be successful for this role.
