Any opportunity within our community to adapt and develop our processes to embrace others is encouraged.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will:An ability to work night shifts across a 7 day roster.An open, unrestricted driver's licence - confidence in driving is essential.Be customer focused.Have great attention to detail.Be reliable and well groomed.Be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate – Victoria.What you will be doing:Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.Additional InformationOur HotelThe Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded, 464-room hotel recently opened on 1 July 2024.The Novotel Melbourne Airport with 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport with 216 rooms, is located just steps away from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport.
