You will be rostered to complete shifts as either a Guest Service Agent or as a Night Auditor, working the overnight shift.You will be responsible for welcoming our guests at check in, and attending to their requests promptly and efficiently throughout their stay. You will actively follow strict procedures with credit card and cash transactions, issue of room keys and guest privacy. By anticipating our guests needs you will ensure they have a memorable experience.About youEnergy and passion for the hospitality industryConfident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExceptional written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of proficiency in MS Office suiteProven ability in the operation of a hotel property management system (preferably OPERA or RMS)Impeccable grooming and presentationPrevious experience within a similar 5-star environment is desirableFlexibility to work a rotating roster including overnights and weekendsIf you are enthusiastic about delivering an experience that consistently surprises and delights our guests, please apply now.
