What will you be doing?A Guest Service Agent truly influences the first impressions of our Guests and is responsible for performing the following tasks:
Welcoming and fulfilling the check-in process for Guests and group arrivalsCompleting the check-out process for departing guests using the hotel systemsManage, effectively and efficiently, Guest requests, inquiries, and complaintsMaintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special eventsMaximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programsPerform general incoming communication duties, including taking reservations via telephone and electronic registration systemsWhat are we looking for?Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detailExcellent personal presentation and communication skillsAbility to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a GuestComputer literate and able to navigate through Company systemsDemonstrated experience within hospitality, retail, or fast foodTravel the world and grow your career with Hilton Hilton has been awarded the #1 World's Best Workplace by the Great Place to Work Institute and Fortune!
