Job Description The successful candidate will: Have the ability to work rotating 7 day roster.Have great attention to detail.Be reliable and well groomed.Be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.Have an Australian Full driver's licence – confident driving is a must.What you will be doing: Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.Additional Information Our Hotel The Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded, 464-room hotel recently opened on 1 July 2024.
The Novotel Melbourne Airport with 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport with 216 rooms, is located just steps away from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport.
