This role requires flexibility to work a rotating roster that contains shifts between 7 AM to 11 PM.
A driver's license is mandatory alongside an up-to-date RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).The RoleInvolves all aspects of the Front Office, including providing professional yet friendly and personalised customer service experiences for our guests.
Responding to accommodation enquiries and taking part in the reservation process whilst understanding the unique requirements each guest needs.
Driving and operating our Quest Courtesy Shuttle which connects our guests to fantastic dining options and local venues.
No two days are the same; this role is highly versatile and remains engaging throughout your shift.The Ideal CandidateWill demonstrate a true passion for customer service and enjoys creating positive experiences for all of our guests.
Strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation whilst understanding the guest's needs during the reservation process.
