The opportunity:
Work at Australia's only Theme Park Resort! Interact with our guests during check in and check out, take reservations, answer calls and assist guests with their queries.
Your day to day:
• Meet and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner during check-in and check-out process
• Collect, store and deliver guest luggage
• Assist with guest needs, provide information and resolve general guest concerns
• Prepare internal reports and arrivals for the next day
• Cash handling and accounts reconciliation
What you'll bring:
• A high level of interpersonal skills
• Experience working under pressure and in a team environment

• Dedicated to excellence and to produce exceptional results
• Available to work on any day including weekends and nights
• Opera Property Management System experience desirable
