Excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills. The ability to multi-task. Preferably have a working knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Fidelio, Opera, Lanmark, etc., and an understanding of point of sales systems such as Micros. Outgoing personality, positive attitude and loads of initiative. Ability to handle pressure with panache. Strong listening skills. Passionate work ethic as if you were the owner of the place.
