Job DescriptionAs a Guest Service Agent, you will work across all areas of the Front Office. No two days are the same. You will assist our guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience, and everything in between - check-in, check-out, luggage assistance, and responding to guest requests - whilst at the same time, creating unforgettable heartfelt moments.
What you will be doing: Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.Maintain strict security procedures with credit and cash transactions, accounting procedures, issue of room keys and guest confidentiality/privacy.Maintain communication channels between hotel guests and all hotel departments both verbally and in writing as required.Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.Provide guests and visitors with local information from your vast array of knowledge regarding the city attractions and amenities.QualificationsWhat we're looking for: The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required.Strong verbal and written communication skills and pride in personal presentation.A people person who is able to make genuine connections with their colleagues and guests.A genuine passion for customer service with a strong focus on always making our guests feel welcome during their stay.Additional InformationWhy work for Accor?
