Position Summary:
Rise with us and assist guests arriving and departing the hotel through the check in and departure process Handle general enquiries, engage and inspire guests through each guest experience Support the front office team in general operational tasks Take guest reservations and perform cash handling & credit card responsibilities Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, reinforcing our commitment to wellness inside our walls and beyond Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookingsAbout You:
