Our dedicated team are looking for charming and charismatic people to join our Front Office department as a Guest Service Agent.
About the role This role could be either Part Time or Casual. Reporting directly to our Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming our guests at check in, and attending to their requests promptly and efficiently throughout their stay. 
You will actively follow strict procedures with credit card and cash transactions, issue of room keys and guest privacy. By anticipating our guests needs you will ensure they have a memorable experience.
