About the role In this role, reporting to the Hotel Duty Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience from the moment of reservation until departure.

You will manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and maintain their reservations with accuracy. Possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills is essential for effective liaison with various departments and guests. Assistance will be provided to the Concierge team as necessary. Skills and Experience: A robust background in Front Office or customer service in a similar environment is highly desirable. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. The capability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure. A team player with a knack for enhancing guest experiences. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Impeccable attention to detail and grooming standards are essential. Experience with Opera PMS will be highly regarded. Maintain a high standard of professionalism while on duty. Available to work a flexible schedule over seven days, including late nights and public holidays. Applicants must possess the legal right to work in Australia, as sponsorship will not be provided.
