Guest Service Agent

RESPONSIBILITIES
Be part of a Reception team that works with a sales-focused attitude and is aware of sales opportunities within the hotel to assist with the maximization of revenue. Actively promote selling and up-selling initiatives at Reception, through the use of RevMax. Check in all guests, groups, and tours to the hotel in an efficient and welcoming manner, ensuring an outstanding first impression and meeting all Brand Standards. Be familiar with all facilities, functions, and special events in the hotel on a daily basis, assisting guests with any inquiries. Be fully conversant with hotel room types and availability, assisting all guests with reservation inquiries and bookings. Provide additional guest services when required, for example, guest amenity requests. Ensure guest complaints are minimized by maintaining quality control. Ensure consistently high standards of presentation and customer service are delivered at all times. Ensure daily shift handovers are conducted in a professional and constructive manner. Ensure accuracy of data transfer from guest information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
