We are a contemporary style 4.5 star comfort hotel conveniently located in the very heart of Melbourne on fashionable Collins Street close to the Town Hall, Federation Square and retail and theatre districts. Featuring 380 guest rooms and suites, bar and restaurant, swimming pool and gym with 8 flexible conference & function venues featuring state-of-the-art conference technology. The ballroom accommodates events of up to 400 delegates in a theatre-style setup or 230 guests for banquets.

Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Provide personalised service and a memorable experience for our guests – every guest, every interaction, every day.Be an advocate of ALL: Accor's loyalty program to non-members.Check guests in and out while maintaining accurate guest accounts.Take bookings, provide helpful information & enter reservations.Answer guests' queries in a timely and efficient manner.Address guest requests and handle guest complaints in a positive manner.Liaise with inter-departments to assist guests and advise of room moves. Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: Previous hotel front office reception experience preferable.Professional telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.A friendly and positive can-do attitude who enjoys working in a team.Previous experience with Opera desirable but not essential.
