Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly customer service extraordinaires with a data analytical/logistical mindset who will be in a Guest Service / Guest Relations Agent type role. Responsibilities include duties relating to:

Managing administrative and data entry for guest relations
Preparing resources for Group Arrivals and VIP Member Arrivals
Guest Communications (including internal and external phone calls)
Guest Services (not limited to checking in and checking out our guests)

Qualifications
About you:

A passion for providing a positive guest experience with a desire to create memorable experiences.
Previous experience with data entry, managing bookings and forward planning for group arrivals is desirable.
Previous experience using Excel is desirable.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring procedures are followed.
Confidence in making credit card and cash transactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The flexibility to work a rotating roster.
