Guest Service Agent / Front Office Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Guest Service Agent / Front Office Receptionist to join our team.

The Role The key responsibilities include:
Greeting all guests in a friendly, genuine and professional manner Check-in and check-out of guests Handling telephone enquiries and converting these to reservations Assisting in-house guests Finalising guest accounts Potential applicants must be available for a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and Public Holidays.
The Ideal Candidate The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate:
A passion for providing friendly personalised service Reliable and able to work a flexible roster The ability to work independently, unsupervised and within a close knit team High attention to detail Personable and bright face to face and phone manner Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills Previous experience with Windows systems and Front Office reservation programs RMS (this would be advantageous) Previous experience with Front Office, Customer Service and/or Hospitality and Tourism qualifications will be highly regarded The Opportunity In return for your skills, expertise and dedication, you will be provided with a competitive industry hourly rate, free on-site car parking, uniforms and discounts for accommodation.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
