Eos by SkyCity is our award-winning luxury hotel amongst 10 restaurants and bars and a world-class casino all nestled in the heart of one of the world's most liveable cities.
We are thrilled to be expanding our exciting and vibrant Front Office team and are now looking for a Guest Service Agent on a Part Time basis.
So, what does the role look like?
Delivering on the brand promise of 'live extraordinary', our Guest Service Agents will deliver on the heightened expectations of 'a new level of luxury and indulgence' that we have promised our guests, ensuring that the five Eos brand pillars are reflected in everything we do - distinctive, unexpected, indulgent, personalised, and magnetic. You will interact in ways that create guest loyalty and positive word of mouth, not only throughout Australia, but Internationally as well.
As our Guest Service Agent, you will ensure that all guests receive exceptional service each day in all moments and experiences throughout their stay. You will facilitate all Front Office duties such as:
Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay. Perform all guest check-in and check-out tasks, and update room allocations. Answer, record and process all guest calls and email communications. Manage and update online and phone reservations. Verify and settle guests accounts upon the completion of their stay. Liaise with other hotel departments such as housekeeping, concierge, spa, and the gaming team to accommodate guests' needs. Complete daily checklists and review daily reports/logs. Provide information about the hotel facilities, available rooms, rates, and amenities. Handle all guest enquiries, requests, and comments in a timely and professional manner. Upsell and reserve additional facilities and services, when appropriate. Excellent grooming and presentation. What you will look like?
Possessing impeccable customer service skills and experience, you will utilise your high attention to detail and excellent communication skills to create an exquisite experience for our guests. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have experience delivering exceptional Front Office operations and heightened guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment. You will have a desire to work in a high performing team with the curation of exceptional customer experiences at the forefront of everything you do.
Requirements
A strong focus on customer service with Luxury Hotel background is advantageous Strong computer skills; fluent with Microsoft Office and experience with Opera PMS is highly advantageous Excellent communication skills verbal and written; fluency in English is required Prior experience in Hotel Front Office operations or similar is preferred What's in it for you?
