Casual positionCity location, close to public transport Award Rates (Hospitality Industry General Award) + relevant entitlements including weekend/public holiday penalty rates, overtime + superannuationOur Guest Service Agents work varied shifts per fortnight between Monday to Sunday across our AM (7am start) and PM (3pm start) shifts. On occasion, our team also cover Night Shift during leave periods or mid shifts.
About you You will be a customer focused individual that takes the opportunity of every guest interaction to exceed their expectations.
Previous experience in a similar role with in a hotel or serviced residence environment will be highly regarded as will formal hospitality qualifications.

Responsible Service of Alcohol CertificateWorking rights for a minimum of 6 monthsPassion for the Hospitality IndustryCommitted to delivering high levels of customer service.Availability to work on the majority of shifts on all days to ensure our team have a regular roster. The Role Guest Service Agent responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to:
Providing exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality and the issuing of room keys.Maintaining procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation.Attending to guest requests efficiently and effectively, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.Participating in training and development programs to enhance one's skills and capabilities.Adherence to hotel standards of excellence, policies and procedures.
