This position is the first point of contact for our guests and provides friendly, personalised customer service throughout our guests' stay. Key responsibilities will include: Maintaining guest accounts, taking reservations and assisting with guest enquiries Having a thorough knowledge of all Hotel and Club facilities Processing of financial transactions Handling reservation enquiries and bookings Check in and out of Guests This position will require availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods including public holidays.Certifications required: RSAPlease be advised, this role requires a Criminal Check to be completed during the pre-employment process. Wests Group covers the cost of this check.This position has been identified as a Traineeship opportunity – Gain a Cert III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.About you You are a team player with excellent communication skills and the proven ability to work unsupervised if required. You will have a strong work ethic and are reliable. With the flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, you will have previous experience in a customer service-oriented position and demonstrate strong computer literacy skills.
