The Role Working in a high-performance team within one of our flagship Global Finance clients, and reporting directly to the accounts Guest Relations Manager, you will be working within a collaborative and supportive team to achieve first-class client satisfaction.
A snapshot of a typical day: Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with team members, key client and supplier stakeholders to understand their requirements, align objectives, maximize value and support to the business.Manage all guest arrivals for a seamless arrival experience - meet and greet clients and visitors, providing assistance based on their needs.
Announce the arrival of guests to internal staff and escort to client meeting rooms as required.Manage the reception desk and the day-to-day reception, catering, audio visual/equipment functions within Guest Relations ensuring the operational standards are always maintained and professional.Manage and co-ordinate client functions/events including catering, audio visual equipment, compiling function sheets, performing regular planning and testing checks, set up/breakdown of furniture and catering equipment as requested by the client.
This includes liaison and coordination with external catering/equipment companies and internal business stakeholders.Manage the Meeting Room Management System – this includes assisting with booking reservations, cancellations and/or amendments as per the clients requests, ensuring all booking requirements are captured, proactively reviewing and pre-planning for future bookings.Ensure incoming switchboard calls are answered promptly and dealt with efficiently as to operational standards.Requirements Charismatic and empathetic individual who embodies the values of the company.Approachable, genuine and skilled in fostering positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer-centric approach to all tasks.Strong organizational and time management skills.High level of attention to detail.Delegation skills - able to prioritize accordingly and flexible in handling a variety of tasks.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent personal presentation.Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Outlook skills.Experience in a corporate reception or five-star hotel environment.What's in it for you?
