Your day to day As Guest Logistics Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the logistics of guest transport. You will oversee the transport department, including a Transport Coordinator, Team Leader, up to 6 Porters, fleet of buggies, organisation of 2 helicopters and 3 luxury launch vessels.
Your responsibility will be to ensure accuracy in the organisation and execution of all guest arrivals, departures, luggage delivery, luggage collection and transportation to and from the island. Holding a leadership position within the wider Front Office, you'll also promote a positive team culture while ensuring our colleagues deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.
