About the Location Experience a stay in the foothills of the Blue Mountains in Emu Plains at Ingenia Holidays Nepean River.
Backing onto the Nepean River, the park offers a range of cabins to suit every traveller, as well as camping and caravan sites, with camp kitchen and BBQ facilities onsite.

About the role We are looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team.
This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front of house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests.
This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.
Responsibilities Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems About You Exceptional customer service skills Previous experience in a similar role / industry Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability Team player, strong attention to detail and well organised worker Benefits Providing an exceptional service to our residents is one of the most important factors for the success of our business.
