We are currently recruiting a Reservations Agent – we call you a Guest Experience Agent  - to join our team in Uluru - Ayers Rock – relocate to the NT! Assisting our guests to book one of our epic Day Tours at Central Australia – Uluru, Kata Tjuta and Kings Canyon!  Are you ready for a career opportunity with AAT Kings Group? Full training to get you up to speed   The Role The Guest Experience Agent is a great entry point to the business for someone looking to pursue a career in tourism. Role Responsibilities SELL our Day Tours at Central Australia Promote and provide advice on our amazing Day Tours products Maintain accurate details in reservations systems Support our operations team – Driver Guides Communicate changes/updates and complete daily administrative tasks  Act as a guest liaison and assist with coach dispatch About you You will have: Excellent people skills  Strong communication skills in all formats The ability to organise and manage your time  Be comfortable addressing guest enquiries Be comfortable in pressure situations and problem solve Previous administration experience is preferable Willingness and ability to work and live in a remote location The Benefits Relocation assistance up to $1000 Staff Accommodation Staff travel discounts for family and friends. 12 weeks paid parental leave – for eligible employees. 2 team engagement days per year to share quality time with your team.
