Join our friendly team as a Store Manager at the Gyprock Trade Centre in Tweed Heads - NSW. We're seeking someone with management / leadership experience, highly focused on safety, great communication and computer skills. Full training with our internal onboarding will be provided on our Trade Centre products to set you up for success and increase your earning potential. Forklift licence is desirable or be willing to obtain one. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications and are the industry leader of interior lining solutions across the building sector.   Your role will include the following : Ensure adherence to site safety requirements and safety plan. Provide exceptional customer service. Manage the distribution of products. Oversee and coordinate daily store activities. Maintain high standards of retail excellence. Contribute to achieving store revenue and margin budgets. Hold full responsibility and accountability for store profit and loss (P&L). Lead and manage a close-knit team of 3 and fostering a positive culture on site. You will be working Monday -Friday from 6am-3pm WHAT'S ON OFFER?
