THE ROLE As an Indie Campers Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving regional growth by optimizing the number of nights offered, reducing the cost per night sold, and managing the cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, implementing growth strategies, and working closely with various teams to achieve regional growth targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing profitability in your region.
You will be joining our APAC regional team, reporting directly to the Revenue Manager.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Growth Strategy: Implement strategies to increase the number of nights offered in the region. Cost Optimization: Monitor and reduce the cost per night sold while maintaining high service quality. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators related to nights offered, cost per night sold, and COS as a percentage of revenue. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive dynamics. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the regional team and the HQ office to align growth initiatives with regional goals. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive regional growth. Financial Management: Assist in managing regional budgets and financial performance to achieve growth and profitability targets. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Over 5 years of experience in a growth/marketing role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in growth and performance tracking software and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence. You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations.
