Your MissionAs a Growth Product Designer at Propeller, your mission is to craft seamless and engaging user experiences that fuel the growth of our revenue and monthly active users of our platform. From onboarding new free trial users, improving activation, and running experiments, to driving long-term engagement and retention, you will be instrumental in shaping how our users interact with Propeller from the first touchpoint through to expanded product adoption.
Working closely with the new Growth Squad, you will help define what "good" looks like across customer touchpoints and communication. You'll establish standards and reusable templates that enhance consistency and quality across the user journey.

Your Skills Experience: You bring 2+ years of experience in a product design role, ideally in a Product-Led Growth SaaS environment. Growth Initiatives: You have a proven track record of driving user growth, revenue, retention, and engagement. Experimentation & Data-Driven Design: You excel at making data-informed decisions, running A/B tests, and refining designs to boost conversion rates through quantitative insights. Collaboration: You're skilled at working directly with customers, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. UI/UX Design: You have a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices for both web and mobile applications, with hands-on experience in Figma. You also define design standards and create reusable templates that help others optimise touchpoints throughout the user journey.
