THE ROLE This role is at the heart of driving customer, commercial and brand success for Shippit. Working with the Head of Marketing, you will assist in developing the ANZ growth strategy and driving the effectiveness of digital marketing plans. To develop and execute acquisition campaigns and focus on acquiring new customers in the most cost-effective way, to supercharge the Shippit brand.
DAY TO DAY Responsible for setting strategic direction at a project level for Shippit ANZ growth marketing initiatives.Ownership of demand generation, responsible for using paid and organic digital marketing platforms to generate leads for the Sales team. Ensuring optimal channel mix, campaign effectiveness and conversion rate optimisation.Ownership of Account Based Marketing (ABM), responsible for generating leads within our ICP, through a multi-channel campaign including online and offline channels.Act as custodian of the Shippit website, making sure our storefront is delivering and ensuring conversion rate optimisation on key pages to enhance the lead journey.Ongoing SEO optimisation across content on site, including blog posts, guides and articles.Create digital assets including landing pages and campaign reporting to support internal stakeholders.Create and manage forms and automations through our CRM platform Pardot.Maintain our business intelligence tool ZoomInfo MarketingOS for ABM and Inbound activities.Build and optimise reports in Salesforce and Looker to track leads, accounts and opportunities.Work closely with the Sales, RevOps and Analytics teams to ensure accuracy of lead source attribution.Take the lead on monthly and quarterly reporting across the broader Marketing team, ensuring it meets business needs.Ownership and management of growth marketing budget.PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Experience working in a B2B Saas company, digital marketing agency or high paced work environment.Experience leading multi-channel campaigns, with ABM experience preferable.Ability to thrive in a fast paced, roll up your sleeves attitude and can navigate through ambiguity.Ability to cut through the noise to distil a job to be done, and move swiftly into action.Strong knowledge of current digital channels, including website management, and conversion optimisation tactics.Proven ability to develop project-level strategy, and present it successfully to senior stakeholders.Very comfortable with data, using it to make day-to-day decisions and drive outcomes.Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), SEMRush and AB testing tools.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related discipline.You must live and breathe all things digital and are always striving to be ahead of the curve.Understanding of the eCommerce and/or logistics industry is preferred but not essential.LIFE AT SHIPPIT * Flexible hybrid - ability to mix your working week between The Shippit office and your home office.
