ABOUT THE ROLE As the Growth Marketing Lead, your primary role is to drive the growth of qualified applicants to our training programs through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies.
You will leverage a combination of online direct response advertising, in-person events and promotions, and strategic partnership development to achieve this goal.
In addition to recruitment, you will support broader marketing and communications efforts.
You will be responsible for:
Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute innovative strategies to expand brand awareness across channels, including ads, partnerships, social media, and web experiences.
Establish clear objectives, define target audiences, optimize marketing spend, and track performance metrics.
Tailor our global strategy to resonate with the unique needs and behaviors of local youth, fostering collaboration with global marketing teams.
Digital Marketing:
Design and implement online growth marketing campaigns, identifying and managing external contractors, freelancers, and agencies to support our mission.
Develop and execute creative strategies to increase online reach through content marketing, social media, video, and other digital channels.
Continuously measure and optimize digital campaigns for lead conversion and ROI.
Offline Marketing:
Create and manage offline marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads through channels such as TV and radio.
Plan and execute engaging in-person experiences that generate buzz and inspire prospective learners, increasing brand presence and lead acquisition.
Partnerships:
Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, including universities, youth networks, and influencers, to amplify brand presence and generate new leads.
Develop strategies to maximize the impact of these partnerships on lead acquisition and brand growth.
Martech & Analytics:
Utilize and optimize enterprise marketing and sales technologies, such as Hubspot, to track and analyze key metrics related to brand, user experience, and stakeholder engagement.
Draw insights from data to identify scalable acquisition channels, execute growth strategies, and continually improve performance.
Budgeting & Cost Optimization:
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum impact.
Focus on reducing cost per acquisition (CPA) through data-driven strategies and continuous campaign optimization.
Monitor budget performance closely, adjusting spend to maximize ROI and reach objectives.
User Journey Development:
Design and implement a compelling and seamless journey for our target audience, utilizing multiple touchpoints such as ads, websites, landing pages, social media, and other channels.
Ensure an engaging, consistent, and effective experience that converts leads into applicants.
Job RequirementsREQUIREMENTS: Must-Have 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in B2C marketing.
Comfortable with leading and devising innovative marketing strategiesExperience working for a start-up or similar fast-paced environment, or demonstrated proactivity, resourcefulness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and entrepreneurial environmentStrong understanding of the 18 - 30 age bracket in your city.
Strong knowledge of popular culture, social media and digital amplification, influencer marketing… demonstrated through experience working with in marketing campaigns targeting youth and/or passion for working with young peopleExcellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and ArabicNice-to-Have Experience identifying, building and managing partnershipsExperience in marketing and recruitment for training programs and/or a top FMCG companyExperience ideating, planning and running branding eventsPerson Specification/Attributes Courage: Willingness to speak up, challenge the status quo, and embrace new challenges.Humility: Openness to learning, seeking help when needed, and a focus on serving others.Adventure: A passion for setting ambitious goals, tackling difficult tasks, and finding joy in the journey.Initiative: Proactive problem-solving, a sense of ownership, and a willingness to go above and beyond.Resilience: The ability to bounce back from setbacks, persevere through challenges, and emerge stronger.This is an on-site (in person) role and you must have legal work authorization, #J-18808-Ljbffr
