About the opportunity: Growth Marketer As our Growth Marketing Lead, you'll be an early and high-impact GTM team member with your work having a tangible impact on Multitude's growth. We have customers who love us, promising pipeline metrics (for example, a 46% conversion rate from trial to paying) and we've gained early wins and learnings through content, inbound marketing, word of mouth and building meaningful communities (our Tech Leader Chats now has over 700 product & engineering leaders all around the world). Now, it's time to double down and scale the impact of Multitudes. You will play an influential and pivotal role in building and executing a Marketing strategy that delivers meaningful revenue growth. We're looking for an exceptional generalist - someone who thrives both setting the direction and then delivering on it. You'll work closely with Sales to scale a pipeline that converts. Ultimately, you are a critical unlock for business growth, driving awareness and demand so that we can connect with values-aligned customers. In a given week, you might: Own the Digital Marketing strategy and delivery, including online campaigns, website touchpoints and virtual events. Analyze metrics to optimize and deliver better results over time, delivering meaningful insights to the whole team that drives our direction and where to invest energy. Kick off the week with Lauren (our founder) and Vivek (Head of AI Strategy) to review recent experiments, sales pipeline and key company metrics. Meet with customers to test, inform and refine messaging. You will combine qualitative insights, with data collected through online experimentation. Leverage content in an effective and meaningful way across diverse marketing channels to drive short and long-term results. Work closely with external contractors to ensure close alignment and that we're all moving in the same direction. Work closely with Laura, our exceptional product designer, to improve and optimize our website. Partner with our Engineering team to deliver best-in-class product launches. This role has the potential to scale as our company grows. Core skills Required Strong analytics foundation, and passion for applying an approach to problem-solving that is deeply driven by data and metrics. Deep customer empathy – you're eager to meet with customers to better understand their pain points, test messaging, and craft stories about their successes. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to generate meaningful and compelling content. Proven experience in a digital marketing-focused role, ideally for a high-growth SaaS business.

Nice to have Experience in growth within a modern B2B SaaS company. Experience with Webflow, Figma, and Hubspot. Experience in working with audiences outside of ANZ – the majority of our customers at Multitudes are in North America and Europe. Experience with coding and/or working with developers.
