The Growth Marketer Opportunity Are you passionate about driving growth through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies?
As the Growth Marketer at EventsAir, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of event technology by fuelling our global growth initiatives.
In this hands-on, execution-focused role, you'll design and implement high-impact campaigns, optimize funnels, and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver measurable results.

This role is a hybrid 6-month contract with a view to extension for a maternity leave cover, based in our Brisbane Headquarters, offering a unique opportunity to take ownership of critical growth initiatives and drive real business outcomes.
Ideally, this role will commence on or around 01 February 2025 for a handover.
Key Role Responsibilities and Accountabilities Demand Generation Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end, multi-touch demand generation campaigns across digital channels.Develop and run outbound and inbound marketing activities, including email campaigns, content syndication, ABM, vertical-specific campaigns, and other growth activities.Collaborate with the Sales team to align demand generation efforts with outbound sales campaigns and pipeline goals.Funnel Optimization Monitor and optimize the sales and marketing funnel to maximize conversion rates from lead generation to customer acquisition.Leverage A/B testing, user behavior analytics, and data insights to refine messaging, landing pages, and CTAs for better performance.Execute lead nurturing campaigns to convert Prospects into MQLs and SQLs.Campaign Analytics and Reporting Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, such as lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact, to inform ongoing strategy.Continuously refine campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI.Marketing Automation and CRM Utilize HubSpot to design and implement campaigns, workflows, and email sequences for lead nurturing.Support BDRs by building email cadences in our outbound platform, Outreach.Content Collaboration Work closely with the content team to create and repurpose content for campaigns, such as reports, blogs, emails, and case studies.Experimentation and Innovation Test new tactics, channels, and strategies to find creative ways to reach target audiences.Run experiments to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.What Will You Need to Be Successful in our Growth Marketer Role? Essential Skills and Experience 3–5 years of hands-on experience in growth or digital marketing, with a focus on execution in a B2B or SaaS environment.Proven track record of running demand generation campaigns across digital channels.Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems for campaign management, lead tracking, and reporting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and optimize campaigns for performance.Excellent project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.Bonus Skills and Experience Ability to write clear, engaging copy for marketing campaigns.Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and heat mapping software.Knowledge of A/B testing tools and methods for conversion optimization.Understanding of sales enablement practices to align marketing efforts with sales goals.Interest or experience in content creation, such as blogs, webinars, or whitepapers.What to Expect Our marketing team are a friendly, social, and experienced group that values collaboration and creativity.
