About the OpportunityThe Growth Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing localised content strategies, creating engaging content that reflects our excellent products and values. This candidate will have high standards for quality, as well as a deep understanding of the product, whether it comes to marketing strategies, user reactivation, building communication materials for KOLs, or general promotional materials.
What you'll be doing:Work with the global marketing team (including the global PR/communications team) to develop and increase quality and quantity of content for the local channels (owned and external) while maintaining a consistently high editorial standard.Oversee and implement an effective strategic content plan across key channels including affiliates, email and owned.Be responsible for the growth and overall effectiveness of local media partners.Coordinate with our global PR teams to execute a local content strategy, including via local media wire providers and journalists.Assist with the planning and execution of local PR campaigns and support the adaptation of global initiatives in the local market.Develop and optimise copy for paid ads, email campaigns and other marketing channels to drive engagement and conversion.Cultivate and maintain relationships with media and influential professionals.Arrange interviews and press releases in coordination with our global PR team, to promote our products/services.What We Look For in You:At least 3 years of content/copywriting experience, preferably in the tech/fintech/crypto space.A proven track record of creating compelling content across multiple writing disciplines (articles, ad copy, scriptwriting, company campaigns, news/feature, social media content etc).Proven ability to develop innovative solutions.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.An entrepreneurial attitude and a love of crypto.Flexible and agile working style.OKX is an equal employment opportunity employer, and encourages all people from all diverse backgrounds to apply.
