Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the purpose of the role is to maintain and create new relationships with potential prospects and ensure growth through recruiting sales people and businesses into the Ray White Rural group. You will also support the network through effective relationship management, systems training, and conducting auctions.Responsibilities:Creating, building, and maintaining ongoing relationships with individuals within our industry.Learning the Ray White systems and business practice and becoming comfortable and proficient to on-train this to the network, both sales people and business owners alike.Establishing a coach/mentor relationship with business owners.Assisting principals with development and implementation of growth strategies.Educating principals and sales people on business systems.Becoming a proficient and competent auctioneer.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 2 years industry experience.Proven record of positive results.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple and competing tasks, deadlines, and deliver on challenging targets, goals, and objectives.Demonstrated success in developing a team culture.Certificate of registration as a minimum; however, a full real estate license is preferable.In return, you will be provided with the expertise and training that Ray White is renowned for.
