We receive growers' grain into our network, store it, and move it to international and domestic markets.Our unique culture empowers our employees to think innovatively and develop their careers in an exciting and supportive environment.About the roleViterra is expanding its regional grower relationship manager team to service its growers across its three regional areas.
In this role, you will manage grower relationships and promote the use of Viterra's storage and handling services.
Reporting to the Senior Grower Relationship Manager and working as a team, the GRM group works closely with our operations managers and teams to build and maintain grower relationships and connect growers with operations, marketing, and commercial and transactional services.
Some flexibility of hours may be available outside of peak spring/harvest periods.DutiesIdentify and maintain grower relationships through the CRM.Develop and implement strategies to promote Viterra storage and handling services.Visit growers to promote storage and handling services and grain marketing options.Provide crop and grower information to the accumulation, trading, and operations teams.Enter data into the CRM and encourage others to do the same.Engage with growers to secure ex-farm deliveries to domestic end-users or to Viterra ports.Assist in accumulation, contract execution, and logistics for ex-farm deliveries.About youStrong knowledge of the grain industry, growers, and grain storage and handling.Demonstrated skills and experience in a grain purchasing/marketing role.Experience in building relationships via phone and in person.Sound knowledge of technology to support business and delivery of role.Ability to use Excel to analyze data.As well as providing an empowering culture, Viterra promotes a range of employee benefits including:Company vehicle.Employee assistance programme – access to confidential and free support.Corporate health insurance funds, financial services, and gym membership discounts.How to applyTo apply for the position, please click on 'Apply' at the bottom of the page or for further information, please contact HR Manager Rachel Walker on .Applications close: Sunday 26 January 2025.Please note we are not accepting recruitment agency applications at this time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
